How often does a subscription ship?

Once a quarter. Your court balls and your retail packs arrive in the same delivery.

What is the difference between the court balls and the pro shop balls?

Court balls are loose facility stock, meant for open play, clinics and league nights. The retail allocation arrives in sealed 4-packs and 10-packs, packaged for resale in your pro shop.

How is the retail value on each plan calculated?

At MSRP — $9.99 per 4-pack and $19.99 per 10-pack — multiplied by the packs in that plan. It assumes you sell the full retail allocation. Sell less and you cover less; price above MSRP and you cover more.
